Sachin Tendulkar is currently recuperating after a shoulder surgery last month.

However, Dr. Andrew Wallace the British surgeon who operated on him, suggestst that he may just be fit in time for India’s tour of the West Indies next month.

Dr. Wallace said that Sachin had only been in discomfort while throwing. Neither his batting nor bowling was affected by injury.

I was though astonished to read Wasim Akram’s comment that he believed Sachin has at least one good year’s cricket left in him.

At least one year?

Why, the man is just 32. Injuries are to be expected for one who has played 16 years non-stop.

The rest will probably do him good.

What do you think?
