It was always on the cards. Australia are going in for an unchanged team for the boxing day test match in Melbourne.

England on the other hand have a number of problems to solve.
Chris Read must come in for Geraint Jones.

There is every possibility of a 5-0 series victory for Australia.

All-rounder Andrew Symonds retained his place along with seamer Mitchell Johnson, who was the 12th man in Perth.
